We understand sometimes things don't work out which is why we want you to shop with confidence. You have 30 days from your delivery date to place a return.

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. We suggest purchasing your new items and returning your existing ones.

To start the return process please visit our RETURN CENTER

New, unused or slightly used condition will be accepted for return.  What is slightly used? If returning lashes, 1 of 4 pairs of lashes used will be accepted.  

While we do offer returns and free shipping on orders of $75 or more,  customers are responsible for their return shipping costs and all orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to a $6 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund.

We do ship internationally but international shipping rates apply.

We are so sorry your product came in damaged and any inconvenience it may have caused. Please reach out to us immediately. We will provide replacements for any defective or damaged items.

Damages caused by shipping will be a case by case scenario. Please take a picture of your damaged items and shoot us an email at returns@menubeauty.com with your order number.

We put a lot of care and thought into our packaging is sustainable.

Our product boxes are recyclable while the lash trays are biodegradable/compostable.

You may notice some small fibers attached to the base of the lash when removing it from the tray.  This is the nature of creating biodegradable packaging. Please make sure you remove the glue from the band before using. Please watch this video on how to remove the tray glue easily.

Yes, we highly recommend you re-using your new lashes. How many times they can be reworn depends how well they are cared for. We've had muses wear them from 3 to 25+ times.

We recommend using a gentle makeup remover to clean off any makeup between washes.

For more stubborn makeup like waterproof mascara or glue residue, we recommend using bi-facil makeup remover.

Washing your lashes are recommended using warm trickling water and a gentle soap. We recommend very gently cleaning your lashes and allowing them to fully dry before re-wearing them.

Yes, we ensure all our products are cruelty free and vegan.  No animals or humans were hurt in the making of our products.

You can rest assure our lashes are made of premium Korean synthetic silk and faux mink.
