What is your return policy?
We understand sometimes things don't work out which is why we want you to shop with confidence. You have 30 days from your delivery date to place a return. To start the return process please visit our RETURN CENTER
What condition will you take a return?
New, unused or slightly used condition will be accepted for return. What is slightly used? If returning lashes, 1 of 4 pairs of lashes used will be accepted.
Do you offer free returns?
While we do offer returns and free shipping on orders of $75 or more, customers are responsible for their return shipping costs and all orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to a $6 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Can I exchange my product?
We don’t do exchanges at this time. We suggest purchasing your new items and returning your existing ones. To start the returns process, shoot us an email email@example.com with your order number.
I received my product damaged?
We are so sorry your product came in damaged and any inconvenience it may have caused. We will take full responsibility for any manufacturing damages. Damages caused by shipping will be a case by case scenario. Please take a picture of your damaged items and shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Do you offer a refund on shipping fees?
Outbound shipping fees are non refundable.
How long will my order take to process?
For available stock, please allow 1-3 days to process your order and ship. We try our best to process all orders in a timely fashion.
